Description

Here is a unique Les Paul in the Gibson canon of guitars! Back in 2007, Gibson constructed this self-tuning Robot Guitar. Though self-tuning guitar systems had been in use before, the Robot Guitar system was the most unobtrusive and out of the way system ever created. Individual piezo sensors in the Tune-o-Matic bridge relay signals to individual motors on each tuning peg, promising near-instant dead-accurate tuning. Up to 6 preset tuning can be saved and instantly accessed. Adding to the uniqueness of the instrument is the Blue Silverburst finish which was part of the limited edition first run of these guitars. The guitar is still in excellent condition with no major wear on it, and includes the original case with charger and all literature. The internal battery pack currently still has life in it, but is quite weak, it would likely need to be replaced soon.
